St Botolph's Day celebrations

Our Patron St Botolph was celebrated in style as usual on Wednesday 14 June with a wonderful Choral Festival Eucharist, attended by a good number of the St Botolph's 'family'. The Celebrant was The Venerable Luke Miller, Archdeacon of London (and our interim Priest-in-Charge), and we were delighted to welcome The Revd Laura Jorgensen, Rector of our close neighbour St Botolph's Aldgate, as the guest preacher. Iestyn Evans directed the choir in fabulous music by Croce, Byrd and Amner. After the service all enjoyed sparkling refreshments and a very special cake made for the occasion by PCC member John Marshall.
Below are some photographs of the celebrations and a copy of the sermon is attached.
