Parish & Ward Church of St. Botolph without Bishopsgate

CELEBRATING OUR PATRON SAINT

All are warmly invited to join us tomorrow, Wednesday 19 June, as we celebrate our Patron St Botolph in a Patronal Choral Eucharist service at 1.10pm. The distinguished guest preacher is The Very Revd Nicholas Papadopulos, the Dean of Salisbury, and the service will be enhanced with sumptuous music by Victoria, Bruckner and Mendelssohn. The service will be followed by the customary sparkling refreshments and a special St Botolph cake!
The bells will be rung for the Patronal Festival - but tomorrow is the last time they will be heard for a few weeks, owing to concerns over the safety of the tower for the ringers pending forthcoming necessary repairs to the high level stonework. We will look forward to welcoming the Tower Captain, John Adams, and his faithful band of ringers back later in the summer when the work is completed.
