Staff Coffee Scheme

We would like to bring to your attention or new scheme from your local independent coffee shop where all profits go to good causes

We can also provide some amazing fresh pastries, cookies, and cakes from a local London Bakery.
Either added to your staff benefit or for a treat at a staff meeting or for those special clients or customers you would like to impress.

Ways this can work for you

Below are some ways this could work or if none of these fit we can adapt to your needs

1. Prepaid Cards or Tokens

• You provide staff with a set number of prepaid cards or tokens each month.
• Each token/card can be exchanged for a coffee or hot drink.
• We keep track of usage and invoice the company based on redemptions.

2. Staff Name or Badge System

• Create an account linked to staff names or employee IDs.
• When staff order a drink, they provide their name or show their badge.
• We log the number of drinks and invoice the company monthly.

3. Monthly or Weekly Allowance

• Agree on a set number of free drinks each month.
• We track redemptions through our till system.
• We  Invoice the company based on the total drinks consumed up to your set limit no more.

4. Open Tab for Staff Orders

• Set up a running company tab for staff drinks.
• We keep track of orders directly through our system.
• We invoice the company at the end of the month.

5. Discount Vouchers

• We provide the company with physical vouchers or a discount code.
• Staff use vouchers or code to reduce what they pay for their drinks.
• We invoice the company for the total number of discount vouchers or codes used.

7. Loyalty Card with Company Sponsorship

• We create a loyalty card where the company sponsors a certain number of free drinks.
• After staff redeem the free drinks, they can continue earning rewards.
• We invoice the company based on the free drinks given.
