Our Advent theme this year is The Healing of the Nations, and our Advent and Christmas charities have been chosen to reflect this theme and our focus on mental health: collections and alms given during Advent and at carol services will be divided between The Refugee Council for its therapeutic work with refugees in London, and Beyond Conflict for a project supporting the mental health of children affected by the war in Ukraine.
