Advent and Christmas services and events at St Botolph’s
Our Advent theme this year is The Healing of the Nations, and our Advent and Christmas charities have been chosen to reflect this theme and our focus on mental health: collections and alms given during Advent and at carol services will be divided between The Refugee Council for its therapeutic work with refugees in London, and Beyond Conflict for a project supporting the mental health of children affected by the war in Ukraine. There will be an opportunity to hear speakers from these charities at the Wednesday services in Advent, along with a report from our partner charity ABCD Bethlehem on its work with disabled children in Palestine.
